      Excellent cookbook for healthy living!

      A great addition to my kitchen shelf- I picked up a copy a couple weeks ago and have cooked a few great meals so far. The recipes are easy to follow and don’t require a bunch of special equipment to make them. I’ve been able to find all the ingredients at my neighborhood grocery store, and nothing too pricey has been required which is nice. I really like the nice variety of international flavors and focus on low carb high protein.
