Ingredients
large potatoes - 2 ( I am using russet potatoes )
Butter ( melted ) - ¼ cup
Garlic ( minced ) - 4 cloves
Salt and pepper - to taste
Paprika - ½ tsp
Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
Rosemary ( fresh or dry )
Preparation
Clean & peel the potatoes.
Cut the potato lengthwise into 3/8 inch slices.
Place the potato horizontally. Place the skewer on both sides of the potato. Use skewers as a base and cut vertical lines.
Flip the potato over and cut diagonal lines.
Push the skewer through the potato.
Soak potatoes in cold water for 10 min
Make garlic butter by melting ½ stick of butter. Combine it with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and Italian seasoning.
Brush potatoes with garlic butter on both sides and place potatoes in the air fryer basket. Fry it in batches. Put some fresh rosemary on top of potatoes for extra flavor.
Air Fry for 20 min at 400°F or until golden brown, flipping halfway through, potatoes will show brown edges when ready.
