Ingredients
medium Potatoes russet or yellow - 3
melted butter - 2 tbsp
olive oil - 2 tbsp
garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
Paprika - 1 tsp
Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
In the bowl, mix the melted butter, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Carefully push a skewer through the centre of each potato.
Using sharp knife, carefully cut the potatoes into a spiral. Hold the knife at a slight angle and slowly rotate the potato as you cut around. Slices should be about ¼ inch wide.
Brush the melted butter over the potatoes
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, set the temperature to 350°F and cook for 20-25 minutes until the potatoes are crispy
Remove from the potatoes from the air fryer and sprinkle with sea salt flakes, parmesan and parsley.
