Ingredients
Bread ( large rounded loaf ) - 2 full slices ( I am using Pain Pauline bread )
Onion ( medium size, chopped )Â - one halfÂ
Bell pepper ( chopped ) - halfÂ
Pizza spices - ( I am using mix with chili flakes, oregano flakes, thyme, sugar, salt and garlic )Â Â
Shredded mexican style cheese - 1 cup
Shredded parmesan cheese 1 cup Â
Bruschetta - ½ cupÂ
Bacon ( chopped ) - 3 strips
Shiitake mushrooms ( chopped ) - 1 cup Â
Avocado or olive oil - 1 tablespoon.Â
Avocado oil - sprayÂ
For decoration: green scallions or chives

Preparation
Cut 2 full bread slices ( from the middle of the loaf )Â
Chop onion and bell pepper, mix it together with oil and pizza spices
Chop bacon, and shiitake mushroomsÂ
On a tray covered with parchment paper, put together 2 slices of bread, spray with oil cover with mexican shredded cheese, onion and pepper mix, bruschetta, mushrooms, bacon and top it off with some parmesan cheese
Bake:Â
Oven: ~20 min at 350°F
Air Fryer: ~10 min at 350°F ( use smaller bread slices to fit air fryer trey )Â
Top it off with green scallions or chives
